Richard's Smoke House at 4765 Texas 276, Royse City, Texas.

Traveling from New Jersey for the winter..cane across this place and saw it was only open 2 days a week for dinner so i had to make it a point to eat here and boy am I glad I did...I came in at exactly 5 o'clock, which was opening time, and the staff was set up and ready to serve..the place was very clean and will lit with a rustic and rugged Texas feel... I ordered the pork chop, which came out double cut and perfectly cooked, it was moist, tender and smokey!! The honey bbq sauce accompanying it was amazing...my only regret is that after I come back for dinner tomorrow I might never be in the area to enjoy this place again, but rest assured that I'll never forget it...it's that good!!!
